The effort of Confartigianato AsoloMontebelluna goes on in promoting and re-evaluating our territory from a touristic, commercial and economic point of view with the project “Vacanze dell'Anima” (soul holidays), which was born in 2010 and proposed again this year, being Time the main theme. In its second edition - the first one was dedicated to “Possible Futures” - the stage gets bigger with new guests, but also with the participation of new Municipalities that, like us, find in this event a good opportunity to grow, confront and promote themselves. One of the features we aim to underline is the great chance that “Vacanze dell'Anima” offers to anybody, since it is addressed to young people, university students, families, as well as single individuals and groups. They are five days in which people will have the possibility of visiting museums, villages and villas, getting to know and staying in the wonderful places of Pedemontana, finding out local food products and meeting teachers of national and international prestige, businessmen and artisans.
Among 2011's news, you can also find a room for young people: for them there is a competition that offers them the chance to express themselves about Time; a tangible sign of the attention towards new generations, on which investing becomes necessary.

This initiative is supported by and in tune with our Administration of Asolo, which has always been attentive towards the re-evaluation of the territory and the revival or this area which is still underestimated, yet it is very rich and fascinating. Vacanze dell'Anima is a useful and positive solution of a tourism that makes people and territory grow. Therefore, we hope that, as it was in the first edition, Vacanze dell'Anima can host and involve more and more participants and that the project will be appreciated and seized by other Administrations in the area of Pedemontana.

Mount Grappa's foothills, together with Asolo, are places where you can still enjoy those conditions which allow a man-sized growth and a sustainable development. If we carry on combing the respect for the environment with development, modernity with traditions, environmental protection with the adjustment of infrastructure to the new requirements, balance with a brave, strong drive anchored to concreteness and tenacity, our country and our children will enjoy an important and positive future. On this basis the Administration of Cavaso del Tomba has joined the second edition of “Vacanze dell'Anima” (Soul Vacation), which identifies itself in these aims and where environment, knowledge, innovation, culture and enterprise are mixed together.This is an opportunity for the generations and for young people coming from different countries to meet, an opportunity to study and to improve the knowledge of this region and a job opportunity for the accommodation facilities.Of course I love the region where I live, I think this region is beautiful and alive.Lying on the mountain side of the Mount Tomba - which links the Valcavasia plain to the massif of Mount Grappa and the hills Castelcies, Costalunga that join us to Monfumo and Asolo - Cavaso is divided into seven “Colmei”, i.e. seven locations, each of which gives us beautiful views and landscapes, and historically important architectural elements. I believe our town - together with the other towns of the foothills - are the fitting décolleté on which the wonderful diamond of Asolo lies.
The main topic of this year's edition is very relevant: time, which flows inexorably.Together with health, feelings and work, devoting time to other people or to one's own hobbies leads to a better quality of life, enjoying life to the full.
For those who - as we have - have an administrative office, time is a missing element. We are always chasing after many targets and neglecting others we should care about. As a matter of fact, there are relationships, events, situations which should be enjoyed slowly, living them to the full. For this reason the quiet moments are when you are doing only one thing at a time. And each of us needs to adapt his rhythms to the different needs and commitments.Therefore - even if aware of making a mistake - we do the opposite of what would be fair to do. Logical, isn't it ?
The project “Vacanze dell'Anima” springs up from this awareness and it gives us the opportunity to take the time and the rhythm to enjoy days of culture and life.

Combing nature with knowledge to create wealth in our region. This is the value the village of Maser recognizes in “Vacanze dell'Anima” (Soul Holidays), a new initiative which gives us all an opportunity of visibility but above all an opportunity of growth. In this second edition our city has decided to cooperate with other administrations and with Confartigianato AsoloMontebelluna to organize an event which gives everyone the opportunity to stop and reflect on the trends that characterize modern life. Let's think about the hectic modern world, where doing has become more and more important than thinking, because we are all driven by the frenzy of everyday life and we can't even appreciate the importance of little joys, such as for example the beauty of nature in our surroundings. “Vacanze dell'Anima” finds a possible answer for us, giving us opportunities to discuss about topics and activities which really make the difference as far as wellness is concerned: the quality of life, serenity and simplicity of nature, art, good local food, reflections and seeing stars.
Five days open to everyone, in order to discover the beauty of the hills around Asolo and their paths, ranging from Mostaccin Fork to the Oratory of Saint George, that from the top of the hill views landscapes from Mount Grappa to the Montello. And also Canova's homeland and Palladio's villa in Maser, which is unique in its architectural style and worth being visited during these holidays. The villa is also a valuable location for one of the evenings open to the public.
This will be an important opportunity to let people know Maser and to share a new adventure with other institutions, which testifies the importance of cooperation among the small towns that - as we actually do - support the passion for a different, exciting holiday.

For the second year, Monfumo and its Administration are the protagonists of the event “vacanze dell'anima” (soul holidays).
Thanks to the cooperation between Public corporations and Confartigianato AsoloMontebelluna, we aim to promote and show the beauty of the territory around us (Pedemontana and Asolano).
In this context, Monfumo is a small but very important part of it, since it possesses some enormous potentialities that have remained unexploited so far from an environmental and naturalistic point of view.
The promotion of this area of Pedemontana is addressed towards the development of a tourism in search of unpolluted but, at the same time, equipped areas, with simple services that can qualify our offer, such as cycle-lane zones, pedestrian walking ways and equipped areas.
Only by working together - by adding in the Net all the beauties of our territory -, we will be finally able to take advantage of the enormous potentialities at our disposal.
